ZF Rane Automotive India operates state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities across four locations—Trichy, Chennai and Pantnagar—ensuring robust production capacity and supply reliability.

The company has in-house design, development and application capabilities for complete hydraulic power steering systems across vehicle segments, supported by advanced engineering tools for 3D modelling, simulation, finite element (FE) analysis and computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Comprehensive testing facilities for strength, environmental, noise, fatigue and durability testing enable validation to global automotive standards.
